About the Speaker
When Jorge Rabaso arrived in Los Angeles thirty years ago with a minimal understanding of the English language and only knowing a handful of people, he achieved the American dream thanks to proactively networking. Jorge's life and success are based on social relationships. After working several unfulfilling jobs, he eventually obtained a Life and Health Insurance Agent license, began to develop his business and founded The Hispanic Business Network in 1993--believing that happiness in life is about connections, family, and friends. Jorge wants to share his journey through this seminar.
Mr. Rabaso is the chair of the Breakfast Meeting, founded the Multicultural Luncheon meeting and is a member of the Board of Governors at the City Club Los Angeles. He also founded a distinguished bilingual Toastmasters group. His book in Spanish, "The 12 Keys of Success," has helped immigrants settle better in this unique and prosperous country.
